We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our SaaS dashboard product.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive product success and user satisfaction.
What you will do
Lead the design process for new features and product enhancements, from concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, gather requirements, and create design solutions that meet business goals.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
Ensure consistent and cohesive design language across all product interfaces by maintaining and evolving the design system.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.
Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
